What Is Smart City Dholera SIR?

Dholera SIR IS Dream Project Of Our Honorable Prime Minister Shree Narendra Modi. It is India's First Greenfield Smart City Dholera SIR (Special Investment Region) that is awarded by IGBC'S Prestigious Platinum Award. Dholera Smart City Development Authority aims to make Dholera a role model for the world as a sustainable Greenfield Smart City.  

Dholera is planning to be a wonderful city located in Gujarat, India & will be developed as a Greenfield Smart City with minimal pollution rates. It will spread over 920 sq. km. It includes 22 villages in DholeraSmart City Project In Gujarat 

The Delhi - Mumbai Industrial Corridor is one of the biggest industrial corridors amongst eight industrial corridors in India. DMIC is 1500 Kms. It will cover about 100 kms in Dholera Smart City. 422 sq. kms will be developed out of 920 sq. kms. in Dholera Smart City, Linear Development also includes green buildings, waste management, water treatment plants, eco transport, renewable energy generation & making low environmental Impact.

Greenfield Smart City Dholera Project

Dholera SIR Development Authority is approving a project of 5000 MW Solar Park in 11,000 Hectares. The solar park will use to produce renewable energy. The 5000 MW Solar Park will build in different phases. GPCL, GUVNL, GETCO, SECI are working together on the mega Solar Park project in Dholera SIR.  This government provides 250 Billion rupees completion of the Solar Park project. Dholera Smart City Development Authority is framing different measures to make it sustainable. These measures are Clean Environment, renewable energy, E-transport services, other resources, etc
